Shipping times provided are estimates and not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery.

7. Order Cancellations and Returns

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation may be made in the following cases:

  • Before the order is completed:
    During the online ordering process, you can remove product quantities from the shopping cart by clicking the delete button and then update. You can also change the product quantity you selected to zero and then click update.
  • After the order is completed but before the product has been shipped:
    • If you are a registered user, you can go to the “Orders” tab and select order cancellation, or send an email to sales@mypaneltv.com mentioning the order code and your request for cancellation.
    • If you are not a registered user, you can send an email to sales@mypaneltv.com mentioning the order code and your request for cancellation.
Return Policy

Right of Return:
If for any reason you wish to return a product you received, or it does not meet your expectations, we offer the possibility of returning it within 10 days from the date of receipt.

Return Procedure:

The return process has been designed to be quick and easy in order to ensure customer satisfaction. Please follow the steps below to make your return:

Carefully pack the product in its original packaging or another secure package to protect it during return shipping. Once the packaging is complete, send the product according to the instructions you received.

Step 4: Confirmation of Receipt and Refund
Once we receive the product and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will proceed with:

A full refund (*) of your purchase via bank deposit, credit card, or PayPal. This process usually takes up to 15 business days from the time we receive the product.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by us in the case of a defective or incorrect product. In other cases, return costs are borne by the customer.
